any experiences with getaroom

I had my first experience with getaroom.com, and their business model is to get you to call their call center to check rates that aren't allowed to be published on the website. The "unpublished" rates can be from 10 to 25% off the website rate.

My first try was with Chicago 4* properties and they had the Hyatt Regency downtown on Labor day weekend for 122 for Junior Suite (the best rate I've ever seen for their Junior suites). This rate was non-refundable.

I was wondering if anyone else tried getaroom.com ?
