aralos1999 Posted August 22, 2010 Report Posted August 22, 2010 This is the property that I wanted to stay, so I started at $60 - rejected, but with so many "free rebid" zones in the Toronto area, I kept on going by adding "free rebid" zones and increasing the bid price, and finally won at $71.
