Priceline Hotel: What is the 4th NYC re-bid zone for 3.5* level?

I've seen in several places, including this NYC Priceline post, that there are four re-bid zones for Manhattan at the 3.5* level, but I only come up with three:

Coney Island 2*

Long Island City 3*

Midtown East 3*

Am I missing the fourth one?

Yes, you're missing one... try making sure that only one zone is selected at a time when you check the star levels. If you don't see the fourth one list all the zones within NYC and what you believe to be the highest star rating offered within each.
