Priceline Hotel: 3* Los Angeles (Beverly Hills-West Hollywood) Residence Inn Bvrly Hlls

Looking at booking a 3* in Hollywood, Aug 25-30. Had a question about re-bidding and adding 2.5*. The list of Priceline hotels on here does not list a 2.5* hotel for Hollywood. Is it save to re-bid with 2.5* added and be "almost" assured of getting the Hollywood Heights?

P.S. already re-bid with Lawndale (only 2* max)

NO. As per the comments at the top of the Priceline Hotel List don't use the hotel lists to determine your re-bid zones.

If you're bidding 3* in this area your only safe option is to wait it out and try again i 24 hours.

Could not get prices I wanted in Hollywood so I changed to Beverly Hills.

Stated with 2.5* Bid $96 rejected, then upped it to $102 and added Lawndale zone for the free bid and won. Was trying to get the Best Western Carlyle Inn @ 2.5*, oh well I'm happy.

Residence Inn Beverly Hills

August 25-28, 2010

$102 x 3 nights + taxes = $360.72

Best I could quickly find was $160 a night for this hotel
