As expected, the 3.5* was the Club Quarters Downtown. I tried to find out info on the hotel prior to booking, but on the Club Quarters Site, there is no Downtown location. The hotel info is as follows:

Sorry to have left out the amenities. I am so used to using the Priceline side of the forum, I am a n00b on the Hotwire side.
