Priceline Hotel: 4* Chicago (Millennium-Loop-Grant Park) Hilton Chicago and Towers

Bid on this for a friend who is going and was hoping to get closer to State Street shopping area. Said it was the only 4* hotel on the list (of all those most active) that he did not want. But he ended up getting it. Price is great ($75) and his trip is actually a 4 night trip.

We had decided to break it into sections so he could change hotels if need be. Turned out to be good. The remaining 3 nights we ended up doing Hotwire. See Hotwire post for into on that purchase.
