Need help IDing a hotel that doesn't show up on either the Priceline or Hotwire hotel lists.

"3.5* Bloomington area hotel" amenity list is:

-boutique hotel

-smoke-free rooms

-complimentary breakfast

-fitness center

-pool

-restaurant

-business center

-laundry facilities

any ideas? Thanks!
