Nubiwan Posted October 17, 2010 Report Posted October 17, 2010 Lived near this hotel for 10 years. Bit of a boutique style but awesome rooms and a great restaurant (Dofskis) on the main level. Nothing overly fancy about it, but newer and ideally located. Free parking too. Right between the downtown, Spring Garden and Citadel Hill areas. The only reason I did not bid the star value for Halifax was I was scared of gettin the Atlantica which is the old Holiday Inn and in a pretty lousy location near the Halifax commons. Can't say I have stayed there, but a more dated hotel.Ended up getting the 4* Westin Nova Scotian for $60 / night on PRICELINE. Suite!!!!
