that was declined, added 3* and increased bid to $48 and got the Holiday Inn Select.

A tip for future bids on this property - I have landed this one on Priceline a bunch of times in the mid $30's, it's a nice place to stay but I think they discount a lot because of the size - it's pretty big hotel compared to a lot of others, 6 stories with a ton of rooms on every floor. It's pretty comfortable and clean, possibly renovated in the last few years.
