Priceline Hotel: 3* or 4* Amsterdam City Center Hotel 8/20-8/22

Hi!

I'm planning a last minute trip to Amsterdam and trying to get a 3* or 4* hotel in Amsterdam city center/museum for this weekend (8/20-8/22) but haven't had luck with anything less than $90 so far. Does anyone have any idea what sort of bid would win for such a last minute bid (that's preferably under $120) as I don't have many more chances to try?

HOTWIRE has no "opaque" inventory for these nites so it's possible that PRICELINE doesn't have any either, or that what is available, is not discounted too much... what is the best rate you're able to find thru conventional booking channels? If you're not successful bidding on PRICELINE up to $120 would you take this conventional rate you find OR is this an optional trip which you'll elect not to take?
