Madtweety Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I've tried rebidding until $85, but it's rejected do I have to wait or bid more?I thought seeing the prices here that $85 is a high price or not? :)
thereuare Posted March 17, 2005 Report Posted March 17, 2005 Welcome to BetterBidding! What zone is it that you're bidding for? Latitudes Posted March 17, 2005 Report Posted March 17, 2005 I will be in SFO at this time and am interested to hear your outcome. I'll be needing two rooms in the city for 5/21 and $85 does sound on the high side.
Madtweety Posted March 17, 2005 Author Report Posted March 17, 2005 I bid the following:USE $70+ USW $70+ Fishermans warf $75+ Cathedral Hill $80+ South San Francisco $85
thereuare Posted March 17, 2005 Report Posted March 17, 2005 You don't have to wait, as there are 5 re-bid zones in San Francisco at the 4* level and you have only used three of them. How to figure out your re-bid zones is explained in this thread: PRICELINE 72 HOURS and i would recommend confirming your other two rebid zones with the board before proceeding. If you read the previous thread and are confused, list each zone in San Francisco and the highest star rating available in each (as per the instructions in the previous link) and then we'll walk you thru step-by-step as to how to figure out the re-bid zones.Once you're set in your re-bid zones let us know your maximum bid and we'll suggest a strategy to follow (as you have more than 2 more bids remaining... if you do it right!)
