Looks like the W but must not get the Il Lugano...

The above is a match for the W Hotel so that would be my best guess for this one... the Il Lugano has never been reported with this amenity combination, so i would have no reason to believe this is the Il Lugano, but amenities can and do change so can never be 100% certain (unless they don't have a self service Laundry machine, which is one of the amenity icons shown above).
