Unfortunately, Duluth can be very expensive if it's a busy date. Thankfully - this particular date doesn't look overly busy, and I think you're not too far off at all from a possible 2.5* win. I'd head higher by $3 at a time, or you could look at what HOTWIRE offers - a regular rate 2* for $70 and a 2.5* for $75.
