Hotwire Hotel: 4* San Juan (Rio Grande-Humacao) El Conquistador

Hi, I'm new to forums.

I just booked Rio Grande - Humacao area hotel $102 on July 14, it resulted to be the Waldorf Astoria Collection The Conquistador

It was over-crowded specific the water park, my daughter could not enjoy it, I claim about it they refunded 50%,

everything else was fine, I asked for balcony room they upgraded at not cost so it was perfect.

so I recommend this hotel...

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay and your daugther wasn't able to fully enjoy the water park, but glad to see you were able to resolve this with HOTWIRE (or the hotel.. i'm not sure which)
