Priceline Hotel: 3* Santa Barbara Hotel Mar Monte

Hotel Mar Monte looks to be a new 3* Priceline listing for Santa Barbara as it is not on the current hotel listing.

Bid $150 for 3* in Santa Barbara and was rejected, but was offered chance to rebid $180 immediately.

Could have rebid 3* lower by including Goleta area but wife hoped to get Hotel Oceana (Only 3* in

Santa Barbara currently listed) and $180 would have been good price.

Hotel Mar Monte is further east along beach than we would have preferred and doesn't have the greatest

Tripadvisor reviews, but neither do most Santa Barbara hotels/motels, and all are rather expensive.

Called hotel and was informed we would be getting standard king room (No view).

Will post review after trip is completed.
