Made 9 bids using the PRICELINE over 7 days for Grand Island, NE on 8/21. The initial bids were for 2.5* but the price was eventually too high (trying to stay less than $100/night) so I switched to 2* for the last 2 bids. The 2.5* bids (which were all rejected) were $40, $45, $50, $60, $70, $80 and then $85. The 2* bids were $50 and $60 (the winning bid). There probably is a better price between $50 and $60. 8/21 is a Saturday night so you may be able to get a lower rate during the week. I wasn't able to find any other winning bids for Grand Island, NE on this forum so this might be the first post for Grand Island, NE. For the 2.5* hotels you can submit 2 bids per days since Hastings, NE doesn't currently have any 2.5* bids available.
