chad84 Posted August 13, 2010 Report Posted August 13, 2010 I tried this area a few days ago and bid from $45 up to $57 a night on a 3* with no hits. I tried 2.5* the next day from $42 up to $50 with no hits. Finally today I started at $58 on a 3* and after bidding $60 they offered me a room for $73. I ignored it and pressed on, eventually winning the Staybridge Suites Chattanooga for $64 a night. Total came to just under $80 a night after taxes. I hope this helps someone else bidding in this area.

chad84 Posted August 25, 2010 Author Report Posted August 25, 2010 Just to follow up, the room they put me in was a smoking Queen Studio. I was able to change to a non-smoking room at check-in, but they would not give me a room with double beds since I booked with Priceline. The room was very nice though and we made use of the full size pullout sofa bed. The hotel has free parking, free breakfast, free laundry, and free internet although we were never really able to get a good internet signal in the room. The breakfast was VERY GOOD and my overall experience was Excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chattanooga. Also, make sure you try Sticky Fingers near Hamilton Place mall. It was the best food we had all weekend!
AaronJB Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Thank you for the follow-up. Glad to hear that you had a very good stay at this property. :)
