Priceline Hotel: Help please - Toronto Hotel for Aug 14th wanted!

Hi,

Looking for some help - been bidding and rebidding (using multiple search zones the past couple of days) - looking for a Downtown Toronto (North or South) hotel, 3 stars or more (see, super flexible!). Usually I've had more success but I've gone up to $87 with no luck. Any advice? Is there just nothing available? Is it worth trying again later - my desired night is tomorrow!!!

Have you looked if HOTWIRE got any inventory?

Hi,

I was pretty much hitting my budget at $80ish given that I usually get much better deals with priceline and it all adds up after taxes. I checked hotwire and it was all well above $100. Someone else posted that they have a $75 within the last 24 hours, but I didn't get anything up until $87. :)

The other win was for 14th-16th; inventory for both nights may be better than the 14th alone if that's a particularly busy date (rates on HOTWIRE for the 15th do look a lot cheaper than the 14th.) Are there any other acceptable zones?
