Any thoughts on what a 3.5* in midtown central with fitness, restaurant, business, and high speed might be for aug 15-17?

just couldn't find anything i was looking for, in my price range for either trip to london or paris. Ended up getting a deal for london off another travel site and paris, scored an apartment. Thanks for the advice though...went higher then you suggested with priceline for paris and just had nothing accepted. I'll let you know what happens with NY. All prices seemed really high to me.
