Priceline Hotel: Charleston 4* Downtown District bidding strategy

I have tried two different bidding strategies starting with 4* only using all rebid zones starting at 85$ up to 110$ and I was unsuccessful. The next day I incorporated a 3.5 Upscale properties using the same strategy with no luck. My pricepoint is under 110$. My dates of stay is 8/14/10 to 8/17/10. Any help???
