Using the PRICELINE link on the BetterBidding web site:

Started at $110, 4 star, with several Midtown zones...denied.

Continued to add zones, 3.5 star properties, and gradually raised the bid in $5 increments...multiple denials even up to $130.

I then added 3 star properties, notched the bid down to $125...SCORE!

The hotel is in a convenient location and overall gets favorable reviews on TripAdvisor. This room is going for $189/night on the Wyndham web site.

Taxes $42.56, fees $13.78, Grand total: $306.34
