Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Cleveland (Downtown) Hyatt Regency Arcade

My bid for $60 was accepted for a 3.5 star hotel and ended up being the Hyatt Regency which in my opinion is more of a 4* hotel. Total with taxes was $76.78
