Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Boston (Quincy Market-Financial District) InterContinental

I'm looking at Boston for 9/3/10 to 9/6/10 and see a 4.5* in the Financial District. I'm thinking it is either the Inter-Continental or the Langham. I put in 3 adults for the room. When I checked Expedia the Langham isn't available for that number of adults in a room (all King and Queen beds.) My question is, if I book this can they give me a room with only 1 bed even though I put 3 adults in the request? Or would that hotel not come up since I put 3 adults? I'm happy with either hotel but I don't want 1 bed...

I agree that this should land you a room with 2 beds, HOWEVER, in a recent email exchange with HOTWIRE a user reported that HOTWIRE's stance is that "industry practice is that a King bed accommodates three people". I'm not sure how true this is, and this is the first time i have heard HOTWIRE make this statement, so it's something to be aware of and which we need to see if the issue comes up again.

Currently an average of $346/night on Expedia for the same date - man, I love HOTWIRE!

I used the HOTWIRE link on this site - thanks to those who responded to my question about occupants/# beds.
