Priceline Hotel: Bidding strategy help -- 9/3 - 9/6

I have been trying unsuccessfully for a few weeks now to get 2 rooms at a 3* or above hotel in NYC for the fr-mon labor weekend. Zones of interest are TS, MTE, MTW, ESB. Tried series of rebids up to $160. What is the best strategy for this.
