Bid $48 after being rejected on $45, 2.5* bid. Something tells me I would have landed it even if I kept the price at $45. Might have have up-bid $3-$6. Oh well. If you have some bidding leeway and time, I'd suggest start the bidding at $40 and then $45, at the 2-star level at least.
