yellowdog Posted August 10, 2010 Report Posted August 10, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding :) Please keep all posts in the same thread since posts are for the same dates.I can't get the same hotel to appear in Hollywood on my standard search for 2 adults. How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Yellowdog.
Molly3007 Posted August 10, 2010 Author Report Posted August 10, 2010 I didn't put them together. I am trying to seperate them, not sure how. :) The trip is for 2 adults, 2 children. For both hotels.

thereuare Posted August 10, 2010 Report Posted August 10, 2010 Please don't bump your threads unless it has been 24 hours since you've waited for a reponse... based upon how threads are organized, bumping your thread before that could have the oppositive effect and delay a reply. For the 4* Hollywood Beach property are you also seeing a Smoke Free icon associated with that property? (i'm searching HOTWIRE for 2rooms/2adults/2children, correct?)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.PS- and please read your messages Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases

Any help would be appreciated!I am sorry, I don't even know what this means :) "Please don't bump your threads unless it has been 24 hours since you've waited for a reponse... based upon how threads are organized, bumping your thread before that could have the oppositive effect and delay a reply." If you mean putting the two threads together, I didn't mean to do that and I don't know how to fix it. Sorry! I am new to this.
Molly3007 Posted August 11, 2010 Author Report Posted August 11, 2010 For the 4* Hollywood Beach property are you also seeing a Smoke Free icon associated with that property? Yes, I do see the Smoke Free Icon. I am sorry If I failed to mention it.Yes, HOTWIRE, 2/rooms/2adults/2children

Molly3007 Posted August 11, 2010 Author Report Posted August 11, 2010 Thank you very much!!!!! Would you happen to know which would be better for a week long family (2 adults and 2 children) vacation? We are also visiting family in the area, unfortunately they don't know anything about the hotels or beach areas. I will definitely use your link when I book the trip.
yellowdog Posted August 11, 2010 Report Posted August 11, 2010 I would go with Fort Laudedale. I have stayed at the Sheraton several times and it's a great hotel on the beach. And walking distance to many things.I have stayed in Hollywood several times also. But Hollwood is kind of isolated where this hotel is located. The Crown Plaza is nice with a great pool area but you have to cross the street for the beach. So if you ask me, hands down for Fort Lauderdale. And your kids will love the new ice cream parlor in the hotel :)I hope this helps. Please use the site's HOTWIRE link, and let us know how it goes or if you need any additional help with your stay.Yellowdog.
Molly3007 Posted August 12, 2010 Author Report Posted August 12, 2010 I did use the site's HOTWIRE link. I booked the 3 1/2* It was the Sheraton. Thanks for your help.
