Price seemed to jump up and down nearly daily. $49 was the best price I saw over a week's span. Price certainly influenced due to it being only a Sunday night during low-season.

I've found very good and very bad reviews on the hotel, but if nothing else it's a great price for a perfect location.

I've found very good and very bad reviews on the hotel, but if nothing else it's a great price for a perfect location.

I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points. But you have a positive attitude so i'm sure you'll do the best of the stay.
