i'm trying to identify 4* hotel listed with the following amenities in the san antonio downtown/riverwalk area. the amenities listed are as follows:

hotel, pool, fitness center, hi-speed internet, business center & laundry facilities. i originally thought it was the wyndham, but the "laundry facilities" amenity threw me off. this makes me think that it's probably some sort of "suite" hotel even though its listed as 4*.

any insight?

my dates are april 8-10th and currently the price is listed as $90 per night.

by the way, i've also bid up to $75 on priceline for a 4* hotel, but they've all been rejected. i also contacted hotel valencia (which looks like a beautiful property) and the best offer they were willing to offer is $199 per night (all taxes & fees included & breakfast delivered to the hotel room).

Welcome to BetterBidding!

This is a match for the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk so that would be our best guess.

At this time, I actually went on the Wyndaham website and booked a webrate special of $120 a night (includes breakfast, excludes taxes & fees). I'm still considering priceline.com as a last-minute option to see if I can get a better rate for a similar quality hotel. Will update with the final outcome...

I've been trying to do some last minute bidding for a 4* hotel in San Antonio - Riverwalk area -- to no avail as of yet. I bid on PL today -- $75, $80, $85, $90, $95, $100 using free rebid zones, but they were all rejected. My last chance is Thursday at 6pm, CDT (that's when I can cancel my current reservation at the Wyndam for a full refund.) I plan to submit new (and final DESPERATE) bids after the 3 day PL moratorium on Thursday. I would really like to stay at LeMansion, Westin or Marriot Rivercenter...

The total with taxes & fees for the Wyndham St. Anthony is $280 thru their website (which includes breakfast for 2), so I'm not willing to pay over $250 (including taxes & fees) on PL or HW.

I usually stay at La Mansion del Rio when visiting San Antonio. I hope I'm not disappointed by the Wyndham, but at this point, price is outweighing preference! :)

Well i hope you did it at this board's affiliate link to WYNDHAM :) or :)

We are really trying hard to not inundate the board with advertisements and to try to make user's experiences as enjoyable as possible, but if nobody visits the SUPPORT PAGE and/or uses our prefered links i'm not sure what we can/should do. (please PM me suggestions)

Back to the matter at hand...

You may want to doublecheck the terms of the WYNDHAM's web rate as they're usually non-cancellable.
