Priceline Hotel: 4* Reno (South-Airport RNO) Peppermill Hotel and Casino

Hi,

I "won" a 4* Pepermill Resort Spa and Casino room for 9/3-9/6 (Labor Day Weekend) for $65.00 per night.

Problem is when I called the hotel to confirm, they told me that they had me booked into a separate building that they own across the parking lot which is a motor lodge. 2-3* at best.

Called today and spoke to Hotel Manager, and she indicated that she just had to deal with a guest this morning that had the same problem. She claims it is Priceline's fault. Called Priceline and the agents in the Phillipines can't understand that the Peppermill essentially has a 4* 30 story tower and a 3 story 2-3* motor lodge. So they keep saying the hotel is a 4*.

Ugh, I cant say how bummed I am.

I undestand your frustration over this. And this is a "known" problem with Peppermill and some other hotels that got an annex/diffrent buildings.

Enjoy your stay even if you're not happy for the moment.
