Would anyone know if the HOTWIRE prices for Orlando include all insurances required for a foreigner. Would ther be any compulsory fees payable locally?

Your HOTWIRE rental would NOT cover insurance. I'm not sure what is mandatory, i would assume at least some sort of liability insurance, but if you have a car at 'home' you may want to call the insurance company to see what will be covered on a rental abroad.
