thereuare Posted August 8, 2010 Report Posted August 8, 2010 Is $90 your maximum bid for this stay? What is the best rate you're able to find at a 5* hotel thru conventional booking channels? Thanks for using the PRICELINE links to begin your bidding. :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
ozgirl Posted August 9, 2010 Author Report Posted August 9, 2010 The Hilton is showing up at $239 and the Conrad at $262. I have had a successful bid with priceline and got the Conrad for $85 earlier this year so I was hoping for something similar. Will go up to $105 otherwise will book with stopover rate with airline.
thereuare Posted August 9, 2010 Report Posted August 9, 2010 At the 5* level in this area you have THREE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 5* City Hall-Marina Bay...Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $95, if reejcted close browser and use this link to re-access PRICELINESelect 5* Orchard Road...Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $95, if reejcted close browser and use this link to re-access PRICELINESelect 5* Orchard Road and City Hall-Marina Bay...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $108, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110Any questions feel free to ask. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes.
