I was trying for a 1* in Windsor Ns, Super 8 with 80ft waterslide

I bid $78 this was countered with "for $15 more you can have this"

I did not accept this

my strategy was to include Bridgewater which doesn't have a 1*

and I increased my bid to $88

this backfired on me as I was upgraded to a 2* and my offer was accepted

oh well!
