Priceline Hotel: New York city Oct 6 to Oct 11

We are interested in bidding for at least 3* or above hotels in central park south, midtown west, or time square (theatre district), what is a reasonable start and final price for each level? Seems like this time of year is really expensive in NY. Please advice. thank you very much!

I am hoping to pay no more than $250 a night hopefully for a 4* and close to time square... how should i do the bidding? Is it feasible?

Try $250 for a four star in CPS. I just won on priceline the Marriott Renaissance Hotel 57 for that price the week after you're looking at. However, the room will have a double bed so it will be a tab tight. Take a look at there site. Good luck.

Are you willing to pay more for a higher rated hotel OR is your goal the least expensive 3* or better for this stay? Did you want to go up to your limit for a 4* property, then if rejected re-try for a 3.5* up to your limit, then if rejected try for a 3*??
