Been trying unsuccessfully to get 3.5* Wichita (Hyatt) for several weeks. No rooms available conventionally it seems either.

Decided to drop to 3* and wanted East Zone. Started at $45 and $50, no luck. Used rebid to $55; counteroffer + $15 received. Used rebid, $60 -- ACCEPTED.
