The 3* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but may be the Novotel downgraded to 3* from 3.5*. That would be just a guess, and this may be something else.

Please use the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

We weren't able to book anything using HOTWIRE and ended up booking directly at the hotel.
