Hotwire Hotel: Time square: 4* 204 per night & 2* 189 per night

Hi,

I'm fairly new here, hopefully someone can help me - I found two hotels for August 12 to August 15 2010, both in Time square:

4* - $204/night

Recommended in 95 % of customer reviews

Amenities: Suite, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access

and

2* $189/night

Recommended in 55% of customer reviews

Amenities include:

Restaurant

Would you guys know what these hotels are??

The 4* is a match for the Doubletree Guest Suites so that would be my best guess for this one.

The 2* has not yet been identified, but i don't think should be viable option... is it worth saving $15/nite to drop 2 star levels and get a hotel which is only recommended by 55% of users (vs. the 4* which is 95% recommended)??
