My guess for the 4.5* near Strip East property is the Signature at MGM with a Casino icon removed (it was a long walk thru a connected indoor tunnel, so it may have been removed)

The price on the 5* hotel went down to $111 on Hotwire. I got it. It was the Trump. Pretty good deal for Friday and Saturday. Just over $30 off each night.
