Help me please! Need a car in SFO 8/6-8/10

I have unsuccesfully bid to rent both economy and compact car for August 6-10. I will be driving over to San Jose for the Palomino World Series (19U Baseball) as my younger brother will be representing South United States against teams from all over the world! I've bid from $21-$32 on and can't get a winning bid! It now says "Duplicate Offer Detected" and tells me to wait 24hrs. Please... any pointers ... help. Thanks
