sunny dayz Posted August 3, 2010 Report Posted August 3, 2010 Hi,I'm looking at a 2.5* in the Riverfront area that is $56 for a 8/18-8/19 one-night stay. Amenities are: shuttle, breakfast, fitness, pool, business center, laundry, and internet.I also came up with a 3* for $74 (same dates). Amenities: shuttle, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, laundryNot much in the forums, and neither seem to be on the hotel list...any ideas? Thanks!(I assumed one post would be easier, but I can split and repost, if that would be preferred)

sunny dayz Posted August 4, 2010 Author Report Posted August 4, 2010 Sorry about that--I've updated my Boston thread with my win (Doubletree!)I re-ran my search for LR; the 2 choices, prices, and amenities are still the same as above. Thanks!!
thereuare Posted August 5, 2010 Report Posted August 5, 2010 Neither of these properties have yet been identified, for the 2.5* the La Quinta seems to be a good fit and that would be my best guess for this one.I'm less confident of the 3* as the amenities are common... Wyndham or Doubletree seem to be the best guess, with a less likely 3rd guess of the Holiday Inn.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know whatever you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help. sunny dayz Posted August 6, 2010 Author Report Posted August 6, 2010 Hmmm...I think you are probably right. Looking a prices online and the specials going on their website, I'm thinking the $74 is the Wyndham, which is across the river. Considering that walkability is a high criteria, I'm going to hold off buying since neither the Wyndham or La Quinta really fit. Thanks so much for the help, though. I really appreciate it!
