Priceline Hotel: 3* Louisville (Hurstborne-East) Park Inn

Started bidding at $32 for a 3* hotel; got the offer to increase my bid by $10 and it would be accepted - I declined that offer and changed my star preference to 2.5* and increased my bid to $35. I ended up with a 3* hotel - which I think is probably the same one I would have gotten if I had increased my bid to $42 as Priceline suggested.

I called to see about getting 2 double beds and was told it was "first come, first serve", but after some very polite inquiries a preference was put on my file. We'll see what happens! It usually pays to be nice. :)
