This would likely be the South Loop Hotel. This property is actually quite a bit South of the Loop and not far from McCormick Place. Unfortunately, there's really not much at all around it - it's not bad if you're going to McCormick Place, but it's really not good from a tourist perspective.

I'm seeing this listing for $79, while listings in the downtown areas (Loop, Mag Mile-Streeterville,

NMA-WT-GC) are around $100 and up.

Personally, I'd rather recommend trying for a 3* (first at $75, then $80 if $75 isn't accepted) in the River North-NMA zone on PRICELINE than grabbing this 3* Hotwire listing that could be the South Loop.
