fla331boy Posted August 1, 2010 Report Posted August 1, 2010 Does anyone have any idea how to bid when you need two beds or is it basically a gamble at just getting the room for your budget price????Thanks,M
thereuare Posted August 1, 2010 Report Posted August 1, 2010 Welcome to BetterBidding!PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy, after that it's at the discretion of the hotel... and if you're looking at NYC a room with 2 beds can often be more problematic then in most other parts of the country. If a room with 2 beds is a must (vs a want) HOTWIRE may be a better option, searching for 2adults/1 child as this will ensure separate sleeping accommodations, although note that the second 'bed' could be a rollaway, sofabed, etc. What are the details of your trip... dates, desired star rating, budget, zones, etc.?Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
