Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas Strip North

I am trying to get a 5* (Venetian or Palazzo preferred) for 10/5 - 10/8. I already have a room at the Luxor for an average of $95/nt but would like to get one of the really nice hotels for about the same price. How would you suggest I go about bidding? Do you think it is even reasonable to try $100 or less for the Venetian Tues - Thurs?

It looks like $100 can happen for a 5* in North zone.

But please note. You can't bid on a specific hotel when using PRICELINE. You need to be willing to stay at any 5* in the zone you're bidding at.
