I won this on the first bid. (I didn't exactly have a history to help determine where I should start bidding!) Given that the hotel receives a 4.5 on Trip Advisor and it was $169 on Marriott's website, I'm quite pleased.

This is a new property to add to the hotel list.

This Courtyard is fairly new - I would guess maybe about 2 years old. It is situate a couple miles west of the City of Greensburg, on Route 30 behind a Smokey Bones Restaurant and adjacent to a Super Walmart Plaza that has several dining options - Chilis, Red Robin, Panera, Starbucks, Arbys, Steak N' Shake and several others in some small plazas on the other side of Route 30 from the Walmart. Some people I know that have stayed there said it is a very nice Courtyard.
