The date is July 31. I had done my initial search before finding this website and clicked on the box to have an e-mail sent with lower prices. Then I received an e-mail with the prices you see in my original post. I found this forum and posted the info and now the price options from my original post are gone and when I clicked on the link in this forum to Hotwire the prices are in the upper $200s. I guess we aren't going to get a room in the city after all.

Not sure what, but it appears that something happened which has suddenly caused all the Downtown inventory to dry up.
