Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Los Angeles (Downtown) Millennium Biltmore Hotel

I'd been trying for a week bidding around or slightly above what the calender showed as won, using this sites link. This go I tried Santa Monica for $125 for 4 and 3.5 stars,; $99 for 3 star, and $55 for 2.5(hoping on the 2.5 for the Marina Del Ray hotel where I've stayed before) with no success. Also no success with bids of $149 for 5 star, $125 for 4 star; $105 3.5 and 3 Star in Beverly/West Hollywood

I then, in Downtown Area, first tried $99 for a 4 star then $99 again for 3.5 star, which I won at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
