Good deal here - this hotel is in a fairly nice area, walking distance to the action and 4 blocks from major subway station (Clark & Division), also home of the Pump Room, which is a nice and famous restaurant.

Started by bidding for a 4* River North + Loop $75 - rejected

then used my wife's account on a new browser and lowered to a 3*:

I'll definitely agree on the location - this is a very nice area and while it may not be technically centrally located, it's easy to get to Michigan Ave. and there's multiple public transit options within easy reach. This property will also be given a makeover later this year and be turned into more of a boutique.
