rockchalk Posted July 29, 2010 Report Posted July 29, 2010 De-lurking to say thanks and share my Chicago hotel win.Searched a couple weeks ago w/only 4* in NMA only. (Used the PRICELINE links on BetterBidding). Re-bid several times up to $110 w/no luck. Searched again tonight, opened up to 3.5* and included Millenium Park area as well as NMA. Started at $75 and worked my way up to $94. Bid was accepted at Hotel Allegro. Very happy with results. Great hotel in a nice part of the Millenium Park region on PRICELINE.Was having some trouble with the dates I needed (8/12-8/14). Hotel Allegro's website is showing prices around $175... so I'm happy w/the deal! Thanks again for all the advice I found on BetterBidding.
