Priceline Hotel: Bidding suggestions for 3* or more in Oahu

I noticed that someone scored a 3* for $55 a night in December. I wanted to know if you thought it was possible for me to score a hotel of at least 3* for around that price for October 6th check in and check out October 12th. If so, what would you suggest the starting bid be? Thanks.

For October 6th through 12th spending no more than 60 for a 3 star anywhere in Oahu that's within walking distance to the beach. So I believe that leaves Zones 1, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9

I meant $60 per night but ideally I want to spend less than $55 per night
