I believe the three star is the Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf.

3.5* is likely to be Club Quarters. Doing this from memory, but sounds like amenities icons match. It's not a bad place - I've stayed there - bot probably not worth over $120 or so. Rooms can be quite small, or as the industry likes to call them "petite".
